What Does this holter Monitor Test Result Mean?

Can you interpret these Holter monitor results for me: 48 hr holter for palpitation baseline rhythm is NSR HR 92 pt only recorded sx with approx 10 episodes, but triggered the recorder multiple times that there are no diary entry. most are associalted w a PVC. otherwise unremarkable holter
